By using jukoclothing.in or placing an order — online or in-store — you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JUKO Fashion website (jukoclothing.in), mobile applications, and our physical retail store in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users — visitors, registered customers, and in-store shoppers alike.
Use of Service
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or have valid parental consent
- A valid Indian phone number is required for OTP-based account creation
- Your delivery address must fall within our active Gurgaon service zone
Prohibited Conduct
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or coupon systems
- Placing orders with intent to not collect (COD abuse)
- Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from jukoclothing.in
- Impersonating Juko staff, riders, or other customers
- Any activity that disrupts, overloads, or compromises our systems
Account & Orders
Pricing & Availability
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are GST-inclusive
- Stock is tracked in real-time — items can sell out during checkout
- Limited drop products are not restocked once sold out
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, pricing mistakes, or fraud
Payment Methods
COD may be restricted after 2 or more non-collection instances. We reserve the right to require prepayment for accounts with a history of COD failures.
Referral Coins & Coupons
- 1 referral coin = ₹1 discount. Maximum 5 referrals per account
- Coins earned through fraudulent referral activity will be voided without notice
- Only one coupon may be applied per order — combinations are not permitted unless explicitly stated
- Coupons are subject to individual expiry dates and minimum order thresholds
Delivery & Fulfilment
Our Brand Promise
30-minute delivery from our Gurgaon store to your door.
- Orders are dispatched using our own riders — never third-party aggregators
- Delivery is free for all orders. No minimum order value required
- Live rider tracking is available from dispatch until doorstep delivery
- During demand spikes, estimated delivery time may extend — you will be notified before order confirmation
- We currently operate within a limited delivery zone in Gurgaon, Haryana
Delay Compensation
If your delivery exceeds 45 minutes from the time of order placement, you are entitled to choose one of:
Option A
A free product from our designated compensation catalogue
Option B
A full refund to your original payment method
Free-product compensation is capped at 30 redemptions per day. If the cap is reached, a ₹150 coupon for your next order is provided instead.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 48 hours of delivery for online orders
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- Flash sale items and products marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable
- Free compensation products cannot be returned or refunded
Intellectual Property
All content on jukoclothing.in — including but not limited to product images, logos, graphic designs, typography, marketing copy, and source code — is the exclusive property of JUKO Fashion and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.
- Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Juko content is strictly prohibited
- You may not use our brand name, logo, or designs in any form without prior written consent
- User-generated content shared with us (e.g. outfit photos) grants Juko a non-exclusive licence to feature it on our channels with credit
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, JUKO Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total aggregate liability for any single claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question
- We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control
- We make no warranties regarding third-party payment processors, carrier networks, or external services
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of our services after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
For material changes — such as those affecting your legal rights, refund entitlements, or delivery guarantees — we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the site at least 7 days before they take effect.
